A Trade That has No Concept of Deficit;
Those who recite the Book of Allah and maintain prayer and pay (benevolently) out of what we've given them on the QT and overtly, they're the hope of a trade which can ne'er be in loss.
تفسیر احسن البیان:
'' 1. The Book of Allah means the Holy Qur'an, they recite it, that is, they arrange it with restraint.
2. Iqamat-e-Salat means performing the prayers that are required, that is, performing them with punctuality, moderation of the members and with the care of humility.
3. That is, they spend night and day, both in public and in private, as required.
4. That is, the reward of such people is certain in the sight of Allah, in which there is no possibility of loss or reduction.
Saadi's commentary: إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَ اللَّـهِ “Surely those who read the Book of Allah. That is to say, they obey him in his commands, abandon his prohibitions, confirm the news given to him and make it their creed, and do not like the sayings of those who oppose him. We meditate on its meanings and recite its words in order to gain their understanding. Then, after explaining the generality of the recitation of the Book of Allah, Allah specified the prayer, which is a pillar of religion, a light for Muslims, a measure of faith and a sign of the authenticity of Islam's claim, as well as relatives, the poor and orphans. He reserved the expenditure of Zakat, Kaffarah, Nazar and Sadaqat.
سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً "openly hidden" at all times يَرْجُونَ Through it they hope تِجَارَةً لَّن تَبُورَ of a trade which will suffer from recession and not corruption, but it is the highest and best trade. Be aware that that trade is the pleasure of their Lord, the attainment of His infinite reward, deliverance from His wrath and torment. This verse refers to sincerity in the deeds of these believers It also indicates that their intentions are not evil and their intentions are not corrupt. Allaah mentioned that they got what they hoped for.
Ibn Kathir's commentary:
Virtues of reciting the Book of Allah.
The virtues of the believing servants are being narrated that they keep on reciting the Book of Allah. Keep reading with faith, don't let the action go by hand. Those who are accustomed to zakat and charity are the ones who treat the servants of Allah outwardly and inwardly, and they seek the reward of their deeds from Allah. Which is sure to be found. As we have stated at the beginning of this commentary on the virtues of the Qur'an, we have stated that the Holy Qur'an will tell its companion that every trader is behind his trade and you are behind all trades. They will get their full reward, but they will get a lot of exaggeration which they do not even care about.God is the Forgiver of sins, and He appreciates even small deeds. Hazrat Mutraf (may Allah have mercy on him) used to call this verse the verse of the readers. ''

Tafsir Tayseer Al-Quran:
"Everything a person trades in the world. He pays immediate attention to it and is sincere for this work, yet he is in danger of loss, but the sincere servant of Allah who trades with his Allah never fears loss and damage. ''
